Training females should be planned slightly different from males. The reason for this that their hormone level varies vastly compared with us males. We all know hormones have a great influence on how it affects us in many ways, good and bad. However, for the women this will be greater and they will feel and react to training in a different way compared with the male side. So if someone’s not at their best in feeling strong you won’t put them through a very heavy weight session trying hit PB’s..!! So, why would you constantly keep pushing their weights over the 4 week cycle, especially at the point of their low?
